I don't know of such a calculator. Since every body is different, the “calculation” is different for everyone. How long it will take you to lose weight depends on how much you weigh now, your height, genetics, exercise, and eating habits.
Focus on getting healthy. You can limit calories to 1200 a day (you should not go lower than that). Exercise for 30 minutes 5 days a week. Replace soda and sugary drinks with water. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, and don't neglect the other food groups. Cut out white foods (sugar, bread, etc). You'll notice a change and you will actually be getting healthier and losing weight in a healthy way.
