I'm just curious what's a good diet/work out plan that gets rid of stomach fat and to keep it off too. But I also want to get rid of it in the right places, and keep it in other places. I generally just want to get rid of my large belly. (my goal is to lose 5-6 inches in 4 months) Also I don't have much money to afford any of these diet plans out there. . Anything you recommend. Essentially — Not many of us have the luxury of being able to afford a diet program these days, let alone the time for a strong work-out. Luckily for you, sit-ups don't cost a penny. If you are crunched for time (no pun intended) I recommend doing sit-ups using your couch as a counter balance. (If you can find a work-out buddy, they will suffice as well) Your goal should be to do 100 sit-ups mostly all night before bed. When you are first getting started try and do as many as you can. Moderation is key. Remember to breath as well: Inhale on the way down, exhale on the way up. No cheating either: Keep those hands across your chest or behind your head. Add 30 minutes of cardio to this regiment and you should see your waist size decrease in a matter of months Drink plenty of water and stay away from any kind of carbonated beverage. They will bloat you. As always, consult a physician before attempting any kind of strenuous work-out.

Ok. . I think she looks very good. Shes tall. . I'm 5'2. . She has black hair. I have brown. . Shes tan. . I'm pure white I'm overweight especially for my height, so I need a good diet plan that won't take forever to lose weight, and is not hard to stick to. Any chances?? Lol tips please.. Thanks =0). After looking around, I learned — She's tan because she has it sprayed on. She's thin because she's incredibly rich and doesn't have to work all day and can instead work out with expensive trainers and eat meals made for her by a chef. She's 5'3" so a whole inch taller. She has hair and makeup people make her look nice plus the added benefit in print of touch ups and tweaking. Focus on yourself. You'll never look like her because even she doesn't look like her. The more confident you are with what you've been given, the more attractive you will be to others. Besides, she is really ugly on the inside and there's no spray on for that.

I am 15, 5'0 and have a small build. I currently weigh 127 pounds. I would LOVE to weigh 115, well actually I would love to weigh 110 but lets start out easy haha. Since January 1st, I have lost a total of 40 pounds, but now with school starting again I would LOVE to lose the final 12 plans. I currently do Dance Dance Revolution EVERYDAY for 5 miles (it calculates how many miles you jog doing it) and I am starting to do 100 crunches and 25 push ups again (I stopped for a while because I got lazy during the summer – who doesn't. Haha.) But anyways, does anyone have any GOOD diet plans? I am going to start making myself eat less carbs (I currently have been eating a lot, and I am going to make myself drink 8 glasses of water everyday) But is there anythign else I can do? Please help. Don't tell me I'm not overweight like some have done in the past. I know I am. . I am also short so its worse. But please help. Any help is wanted. 10 points for the best answer. Thanks a lot in advance. Essentially — Keep up this and you'll shed those pounds pretty soon.Just eat a 100 calories less then your normal meal. You shouldn't go on a carb diet, you need to eat all types of foods, try changing what you eat every 3 days and you will lose weight about 11 pounds in 2-3 weeks. I'm not sure it was something on Google that you had to pay for but those are the guidelines.And remember not to go on any fad diets.Don't starve yourself. Good Luck.I hope this info helps.
