I need to know how to lose 10 pounds in my stomach and back in about a week. Does anyone have any diet and workout plans that might help. Basically… If you want to loose it fast no eating after 6 drink 2 litres of water a day cut out all breads and pasta fill up on loads of fresh fruit and salad you have to eat food to loose weight if you dont eat the body stores fats so have a healthy breakast dinner and tea no snacking between meals and lots of excerise best of luck with the weight think positive and if you ve one bad day start fresh again the next morning also a tip ive found good have a glass of water before each breakfast dinner and tea helps fill you up

I'm 21 and my girlfriend is 20 and we both need to lose about the same amount of weight (35lbs) and we both would like to do it together and I was wondering if anyone knows of any good weight loss plans for couples that are free cause we really don't need to lose too much. If you could help us in any way such as advice or anything it would be appreciated thank you. What I found out was – It's most commendable that you want to work together to loose weight. That way you will each motivate the other. Modify your diet; read the Nutrition Facts labels; eliminate junk food. Go for walks, together. Start off with short walks such as just around the block, then extend by going around 2 or 3 blocks. Explore your neighborhood, on foot; reverse the direction of your walks for any variety. Consider bicycling. It has minimal impact on the body's joints; it increases your metabolism; and it extends your range of physical activity.

I cannot loss weight. No matter what I do I can't loose weight. I want to use a diet pill but are there any out there made for men or men and women not only women. From what I can tell… Hmmm, Cheese Man. For starters, you should slow down on the cheese, it's really high in fat. Diet pills do not actually work since your body will start to depend on them which means you would have to take them for the rest of your life. Men have it lucky since we loose weight easily. Cut out fried foods and increase your veggies, you'll drop the weight like crazy.
