I need to lose 20 pounds by summer and I need a easy diet plan to follow. I work 2 jobs and don't have a lot of time to prep food. I'd like a diet plan that uses minimal processed foods and doesn't take a long time to prepare. Has anyone found a diet plan that works for them? I will be incorporating some exercise as well, but I have a knee injury that prevents me from doing anything with much impact. Well, I have your answer. Look like your are very busy, but why not just Power walk 45 mins daily, but you have to walk faster, like jogging to burn FAT. And you can buy some apple, orange , can of tuna (in water), instant oatmeal (120 cal per bag), 2 boxes of eggs (hard boil), zero yogurt etc. They dont need too much time to prepare, you can hard boil 12 eggs for 2 -3 days, oatmeal, you just need add hot water for it. Try to keep your cal in 1200-1400 cals, and power walk for 45 mins daily, you will lose 1 lb weekly or more. But you have to walk faster not shopping speed. 45 mins is about 5-6KM. Take care .

Exercise has a role in weight loss, just maybe not the one you think. Basically… All the exercise on the planet will not have you losing any weight if your diet is all wrong. Diet is the most important part. If you fix your diet and eat healthy (if you have been eating unhealthy) – you will lose some weight. But what will get you more intense results is coupling this eating healthy with a fitness regime. So if you were going to choose out of the 2 – you would go dieting – because exercise is useless without it. Heres an example You eat take away five nights a week – and run 10 kms a week – all you will be doing is burning off your take away food you ate (and you would not even burn it all off – only some of it). However if you stopped eating the take away food and ate healthy w/out any type of exercise you would start to not only lose the calories from the healthy food you were eating – but also the fat on your body. This is because the healthier food has less calories to burn as opposed to the take away food. Now add that running to the healthy eating & you would lose a whole heap more. Hpoe this was helpful

Is there a safe weight loss supplement that I can take to get started. I have tried watching my diet and portion control but nothing really is working. I will lose maybe 5 lbs but always seem to gain it right back. After looking around, I learned — Well, any supplements to help you lose weight is either going to be a fast loss which also makes for a fast gain when you stop taking it (eg. Colon cleanses), it's something that is going to starve your body of certain nutrients that it needs, or it's not going to be a sole source of weight loss. What I mean is that exercise is going to be required for any solid, long-term weight loss. . It's also a really good (and safe) way to lose weight. Some of the best ones I've seen that can help lose weight with exercise are Chromium, Tonalin CLA, and/or L-Carnitine. In addition to that, I would recommend meeting with a nutritionist or dietitian to see if there is something else that may benefit you more. As long as you are at a weight where you are healthy, the most important part is that you are HAPPY with your weight. . Not that you "should be X pounds", but that no matter what you weigh, you are happy with that instead of striving to be a size 2 or something like that. Good luck and I hope I helped.
