(my goal is to lose 5-6 inches in 4 months) Also I don&#039;t have much money to afford any of these diet plans out there. . Anything you recommend. Essentially &#8212; Not many of us have the luxury of being able to afford a diet program these days, let alone the time for a strong work-out. Luckily for you, sit-ups don&#039;t cost a penny. If you are crunched for time (no pun intended) I recommend doing sit-ups using your couch as a counter balance. (If you can find a work-out buddy, they will suffice as well) Your goal should be to do 100 sit-ups mostly all night before bed. When you are first getting started try and do as many as you can. Moderation is key. Remember to breath as well: Inhale on the way down, exhale on the way up. No cheating either: Keep those hands across your chest or behind your head. Add 30 minutes of cardio to this regiment and you should see your waist size decrease in a matter of months Drink plenty of water and stay away from any kind of carbonated beverage. They will bloat you. As always, consult a physician before attempting any kind of strenuous work-out.</p>

The key to the diet was the boredom. It named for the same food pretty much everyday. This also made the rounds as &#034;The Air Force Diet&#034; Breakfast Everyday: 2 eggs, 2 pieces of sausage or 2 slices of bacon, 1 slice toast. Lunch Everyday: As much lean meat as you want(chicken, lean beef, eggs, lean pork) 1 cup of mixed salad greens mayonnaise for salad dressing. Sunday: Brunch-All the fruit you can eat at 1 sitting.(Instead of breakfast and lunch. ) Snack Everyday: 1 small tomato or 1 small orange Free Foods: Iceberg lettuce, celery, mayo, boiled eggs, coffee, tea, sugar-free bottled water. No No Foods: Anything not listed including ketchup, salad dressing, non-dairy creamers, sugar, bread other than as listed. Here&#039;s why: Diet pills are unnatural, they are chemicals made in a lab. If there is a natural alturnative (eating right and exercising), that&#039;s always preferred.  Although you&#039;ll typically see results from diet pills faster, they can become addictive and have side effects. When was the last time you heard of someone having unhealthy side effects from exercising or eating salads (okay, save for the recent e. Coli problems, but that&#039;s an issue of contamination, not a side effect from the actual vegitables)? Plus, wouldn&#039;t you feel better knowing that you&#039;re losing the weight and getting in shape as a result of your own efforts and discipline rather than just popping a pill? People rely too much on instant gratification these days and don&#039;t think of the long term effects. Fix it pills are only temporary fixes and usually cost us in the long run.  Although it will take longer and require more effort on your part, I strongly suggest dieting (properly and in a health-conscious way, don&#039;t starve yourself) and exercise. Pills are bad, &#039;em kay?</p>

I have a complete exercise plan but I am still confused on a specific diet plan that will help me achieve maximum weight loss. Any good menus that have worked with anyone else. I think I found an answer. Hi, I graduated high school at 240 pounds and at 5 foot 3 that made me about as round as I was tall. I was one of those overweight teenagers who ate anything and everything without any regard to the effects it was having on my own body. Therefore, I began the diet pills, which did not work; I ate the special diet foods and even began drinking diet beverages. None of this stuff worked for me, just as it does not work for millions of overweight people. Eating less did not work and I was not one to work out or even get up and do anything remotely related to exercise. I knew I would look silly and it would hurt. I never thought or really cared about the health effects this would have on me, back then. A yr ago after a successful weight loss plan, now at 120 pounds, it is a major difference. I&#039;ve lost 30 pounds in the first month. The most significant change in my life is the amount of energy I now have and the way my clothes fit loosely. Everyone close to me and people I havent seen in a while are amazed and tell me that I look really good. This is a life changing experience for me although at first I was skeptical about the weight loss plan. Our own metabolism system play a vital part in controlling the amount of body fat burned in the process of providing energy to the body. Knowledge about our own metabolism function is the mother to all weight loss programs. With the knowledge you not only reduce your weight but able to maintain an ideal weight and living a healthy life. In the real world, can you really lose weight without dieting, or doing hard exercises, or even without eating any dieting pills and stuff like that? &#8211; Yes, I&#039;m claiming that you can, with my weight loss tips, but you have to be very patient and set up some long term goals for yourself. One year would be a proper timespan in going about lose some weight, this way. . .<br />
It&#039;s all about simple math, really.Managing ones weight is in some aspects very alike bookkeeping. You will have to be in control of the income and the expenses. But in our bodies, it&#039;s not a good idea to have too much of income or intake, then we will necessary gain some fat-weight and for most of us, it&#039;s something we do not want to happen.<br />
So is it not really about &#034;just&#034; eating lesser? No, you don&#039;t have to eat lesser overall, or go around being hungry and maybe cranky. And you don&#039;t have to eat any diet pills, or pulver, or anything like that either. But back to the mathematical thing.<br />

I tend not to like strict diet plans. I found that I ate a LOT better when I went vegan (no more cheesey gooey goodness or ice cream). I would suggest going vegan for the period of your diet. Also, abstain from pre packaged vegan foods (soy ice cream, fried chik&#039;n, etc), and focus more on whole foods. Seriously, taking the cheese and dairy out of my diet did wonders because so many fatty and tasty foods are eliminated. So, in sum, try a vegan diet full of unprocessed foods. Please understand I am not trying to push veganism on you for any moral or ethical reason. What you eat is up to you. I am simply focusing on the health aspects and my own experience. You could easily do this for the duration of your diet and then switch back to eating healthy dairy and egg products in your diet.</p>

Well, I have your answer. Look like your are very busy, but why not just Power walk 45 mins daily, but you have to walk faster, like jogging to burn FAT. And you can buy some apple, orange , can of tuna (in water), instant oatmeal (120 cal per bag), 2 boxes of eggs (hard boil), zero yogurt etc. They dont need too much time to prepare, you can hard boil 12 eggs for 2 -3 days, oatmeal, you just need add hot water for it. Try to keep your cal in 1200-1400 cals, and power walk for 45 mins daily, you will lose 1 lb weekly or more. But you have to walk faster not shopping speed. 45 mins is about 5-6KM. Take care .</p>
