I am currently a wrestler in high school and weigh 125 pounds. I run 2 miles at practice and 3 miles at night. I need to lose 2-4 pounds of weight and have 3 weeks to do it. Just plain exercise isn't cutting it so I am turning to dieting. I have checked out the Grapefruit diet and do not really want to try it because it is a low carb one. Any other suggestions. Basically… Best weight loss diet I have found was the paleo diet. A combination of crossfit and paleo will get you in awesome shape as quick as anything I have seen.
